# Graphic Designer

What We're Looking For The Graphic Designer partners with the Creative Design Lead to bring approved creative concepts and visual direction to life through polished, on-brand design across print and digital channels. This is a hands-on role for a formally trained, self-sufficient designer who can take a clear brief and move work from initial layout through production-ready delivery with minimal day-to-day oversight. The ideal candidate brings strong design fundamentals, sound creative judgment, and the ability to balance quality, consistency, and speed. This person will execute established creative direction while identifying thoughtful refinements that strengthen the concept, improve communication, or make production more efficient. A significant part of the role involves creating and maintaining reusable templates and producing template-based content, alongside custom design work in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
