Working within our in-house agency team, this role leads cross-functional account teams and balances strategic planning with hands-on execution.\nWhat You Will Do\nDevelop and maintain a detailed understanding of the compounding industry, PCCA’s core business, departments and individual accounts/business units.\nAssist the Director of Accounts in annual strategic marketing planning for PCCA’s core business, assigned departments and business units.\nDevelop and implement multi-platform marketing and communications campaigns/programs for assigned accounts/business units in collaboration with stakeholder teams, Creative Director and Director of Accounts.\nManage accounts using agency best practices and processes, building strong relationships and ongoing communications with account stakeholders (including Director of Accounts, VP of Communications and Chief Marketing Officer) to ensure alignment of account goals, strategies and tactics, including:Collecting input/content\nWriting creative briefs, proposals and plans\nRunning meetings - setting agendas, leading discussions, following up\nSetting deadlines and task assignments to ensure on-time execution/delivery\n\nConfidently and professionally hold stakeholders at all levels to agreed-upon priorities, timelines and processes while maintaining a collaborative culture.\nMonitor content and design for accuracy, consistency with corporate strategies, messaging platforms and brand guidelinesPresenting creative/campaign elements for review/approval\nDeveloping and managing account budgets, including outside production costs\nReporting campaign/plan results, including data-driven insights and recommendations for strategy improvement\n\nLeverage and optimize marketing channels for maximum effective reach.\nChampion and facilitate the increased use of digital marketing tools and support infrastructure for expanded lead generation and qualification, improved customer experience, increased targeting capabilities and impactful personalization.\nMaintain proficiency with the PCCA project management software and collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure deadlines and goals are met.\nMay lead and directly manage marketing account coordinators and/or marketing account specialists.\nWho You Are\nBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field\n6 to 10+ years in marketing roles with progressively expanded responsibilities, including at least two years in a marketing or advertising agency (or in-house agency) managing accounts and client relationships, including:Development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns that grew sales, increased customers, gained audiences and generated a significant return on investment\nContribution to digital marketing platforms including website, email and social media\nDevelopment of key metrics to track and report the impact of overall and specific marketing efforts\n\nExcellent communications skills, including written, verbal and public speaking\nSkilled at building consensus and guiding stakeholders at all levels toward agreed-upon priorities and timelines\nSolves problems independently, adaptable to changing needs and make decisions that align with business goals\nAbility to manage and prioritize multiple campaigns and projects for core business and individual accounts/business units\nMotivated to stay continually informed of the latest marketing and digital trends\nWho We Are\nPCCA helps pharmacists and prescribers create personalized medicine that makes a difference in patients’ lives.
