You should be comfortable working independently, collaborating closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and managing multiple proposals under tight deadlines.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPrepare and manage RFP/RFI, tender, and technical proposal responses from initial review through to final submission.\nAnalyse customer requirements and ensure responses are complete, accurate, compliant, and aligned with tender specifications.\nCollaborate closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, SMEs, and other stakeholders to gather and consolidate technical inputs.\nTranslate complex technical concepts, solution architectures, and requirements into clear, concise, and customer-friendly content.\nDevelop proposal content covering solution descriptions, methodologies, implementation approaches, project plans, and delivery models.\nEdit and proofread proposals to ensure accuracy, consistency, clarity, grammar, formatting, and overall quality.\nMaintain and continuously improve a library of reusable proposal content, case studies, solution descriptions, and technical documentation.\nCoordinate multiple proposal assignments simultaneously while effectively managing priorities and meeting tight submission deadlines.\nSupport continuous improvement of proposal templates, content standards, and documentation processes.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\n3–5 years of experience in Technical Writing, with strong experience in proposal, RFP/RFI, or tender writing preferred.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.\nStrong editing, proofreading, and content-structuring capabilities.\nAbility to understand technical concepts and simplify complex information for non-technical audiences.\nStrong stakeholder management, coordination, and time-management skills.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and technical teams.\nProven ability to manage multiple deliverables and tight proposal submission timelines.\nProficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.\nExperience in IT, software, technology, system integration, or managed services proposals will be an advantage.\nFamiliarity with government/public sector tenders, RFP evaluation criteria, compliance matrices, and proposal
