You understand modern cloud architectures and successfully bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business requirements.\n\nPresales & Stakeholder Management: Actively support presales initiatives and project initiation, skillfully facilitating workshops and executive management meetings.\n\nYour profile\nLeadership Experience in IT Services: At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, including 1-2 years leading teams (disciplinary or functional) and managing project portfolios within the IT services sector.\n\nCloud Foundation: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the Azure ecosystem. Solid understanding of modern cloud architectures, migration scenarios, and operating models. Deep technical knowledge of another hyperscaler is also welcome.\n\nOrganizational & Budgeting Skills: Proven track record in resource planning, forecast management, and monitoring project budgets and risks.\n\nCommunication & Empathy: Confident stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to both your team and C-level
