You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our digital platforms are optimized to meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. This role will have primary responsibility for the management of support requests and resolution and take part in overall system support and testing in partnership with our product and development team.\nResponsibilities:\nTake accountability for the resolution of support tickets and requests presented to the pci|bridge team from internal and external users. Interact with ITSM to manage ticket status and closures.\nActively participate in the testing and verification of code and platform functionality by developing and/or executing IT Change Requests, creation and execution of UAT scripts, and developing or executing automated testing as required.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and quality assurance to ensure successful releases and ongoing maintenance of digital platforms.\nIdentify and troubleshoot technical issues related to digital platforms and support the implementation of solutions in a timely manner.\nMaintain familiarity with the various tech and software development tools (e.g., JIRA, Grafana, Honeycomb) and cyber security practices deployed for pci|bridge.\nCollaborate with internal teams to ensure digital platforms are integrated with internal systems and data sources.\nStay up to date with emerging trends and technologies related to digital platforms and make recommendations to improve our digital presence.\nAssist in maintaining technical documentation related to digital platforms, including system architecture, development methodologies, and testing strategies.\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the development of digital platforms.\nAdheres to established Agile software development practices.\nThis position may require overtime and/or weekend work.\nKnowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, rules.\nAttendance to work is an essential function of this position\nPerforms other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.\nRequired:\nBachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 1-5 years related experience and/or training.\nCollege Level Mathematical Skills\nAdvanced Computer Skills: Ability to perform the most complex computer tasks and operate various computer programs. \nFull Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs.\nVery High Reasoning: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
