Our strategy includes building teams across our global network to pioneer and shape the future of PCI.\nWe are looking for a lab technician to join our Stamullen team ( Monday to Friday)\nEnsure safe work practices are being followed at all times, report any near misses immediately to the EHS Department.\nGeneral housekeeping within the Laboratories.\nDaily/weekly/monthly balance calibration.\nDaily pH meter calibration.\nOrdering and receipt of general laboratory consumable supplies.\nOrdering, receipt and logging of reagents, standards, and other supplies.\nKeeping JDE live for consumables and reagents.\nGeneral laboratory administrative duties.\nGeneral basic maintenance and calibration of analytical equipment.\nResponsible for working under cGMP and relevant Health and Safety procedures within the laboratory.\nPerform some of the less complex analytical activities e.g. weighing, removing oil form capsules as required and trained.\nTakes responsibility for laboratory waste.\nTakes responsibility for laboratory housekeeping.\nTakes responsibility for ordering and receipt of lab supplies.\nPeriodic reviews of logbook completeness.\nManagement of the sample receipt area and booking into JDE.\nAssist in MP2 work order completion.\nComplies with company policies including both internal and external Health and Safety and Environmental standards as required.\nTo identify self-development needs for future performance.\nTo manage specific projects as and when required to meet department and business needs and within the scope of the job-holder’s capabilities and responsibilities.\nTo manage specific internal or ad hoc projects as and when required to meet department and business needs and within the scope of the job-holder’s capabilities and responsibilities.\nTo participate in any CI improvement activities identified by the CI department and/or Laboratory Support Manager.\nCarry out various other additional tasks that may be required from time to time in accordance with the overall goal of the company.\nThe job holder is responsible for adhering to PCI SOPs, Health & Safety, GMP and other regulatory guidelines.\nJoin us and be part of building the bridge between life changing therapies and patients.
