Our strategy includes building teams across our global network to pioneer and shape the future of PCI.\nJob Title: Facilities Reliability Electrician\nLocation: Assembly Drive\nShift: 1st Shift\nSummary of Objective:\nPerform advanced facility related preventative electrical maintenance and repairs as a Facility Reliability Electrician (FRE), maintain the Pharmaceutical facilities at a “World Class” level. Apply deductive reasoning and interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions. There are no direct supervisory responsibilities associated with this role.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following but other duties may be assigned.\nPossess an advanced mechanical aptitude to safely diagnose and troubleshoot facility related industrial electrical systems at the direction of a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor or Facilities Engineering Manager including but not limited to:\n\nMonitor and diagnose deficiencies of 460/3/60, 240/3/60, 208-230/3/60, and 120/1/60 electrical systems.\n\nThis includes performing thermo-imaging and current monitoring equipment to prevent overheating of switch gear and panels.\n\nPossess the ability to safely service and install electrical branch feeds to Production equipment of the various voltages.\n\nPossess the advanced knowledge to properly select fuses to protect facility wiring, and proper disconnecting means.\n\nPossess the mechanical attitude to bend and install conduit, utilize pull boxes, properly pull wire, and properly terminate power wiring to provide a safe and effective circuit.\n\nTo support all PCI departments in special and routine electrical requests.\n\nPossess the electrical knowledge to construct control panels and ability to wire the panel per a provided wiring schematic.\n\nPossess the electrical knowledge to support the various lighting systems within the PCI facilities.\n\nPossess the electrical knowledge to support the FRT team in their electrical needs.\n\nThis position may require overtime and/or weekend work.\n\nKnowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, rules.\n\nAttendance to work is an essential function of this position\n\nPerforms other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor\n\nQualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for the stated position. Ability to read various types of standard items addressed to general readers.\n\nHigh Reasoning: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where there is only limited standardization. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions that may be provided in various forms.\n\nElectrical Building Trades related Associates Degree or Apprenticeship or equivalent with a minimum of five (5) years of industrial electrical experience.\n\nNFPA 70E Training\n\nLock out / tag out.\n\n Preferred:\nAbility to effectively present information to various people as the job requires.\n\nAbility to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.\n\nAbility to display excellent time management skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and/or as part of a team.\n\nAbility to display excellent time management skills.\n\nAbility to display a willingness to make decisions.\n\nAbility to adapt to changing work environments.\n\nAbility to demonstrate attention to detail.\n\nPossess an advanced knowledge of hand and power tools, along with how to use them in a safe and effective manner.\n\nShould possess an advanced understanding of facility electrical maintenance including:\n\na. Predictive facilities electrical maintenance programs.\n\nb. Scheduled electrical work order programs.\n\nc. Ability to comply with cGMP guidelines.\n\nd. Advanced understanding of electrical utilities.\n\ne. Advanced understanding of MEP, Fire protection systems, and electrical generation systems.\n\nThe hiring range for this position is $30.27 - $34.06/hour plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including but not limited to specific and relevant experience, education, credentials, geography, and subject matter expertise.
