The essential duties and responsibilities include the following but other duties may be assigned.\nResponsible for directing the fiscal functions of the Corporation in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, including establishing and maintaining financial reporting systems and controls to ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures and meeting customer needs.\nCollaborate with leadership teams to develop business strategies that drive behavior to improve both short-term and long-term financial objectives.\nProvide leadership to the finance team, constantly setting a higher standard of expectation and developing a world-class finance organization.\nOversee and manage all financial functions, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reporting.\nPrepare and present financial reports to senior leadership, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.\nDrive process improvements and automation to enhance financial efficiency.\nLead and mentor a finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.\nDevelop strategies to optimize EBITA through cost management, pricing strategies, and operational efficiencies.\nPartner to GM and Business Unit to provide tools and develop processes that facilitate accurate revenue/margin forecasts\nProvide technical financial advice and knowledge to others within the financial discipline.\nEvaluate the organization’s financial performance.\nLead and direct the budgeting process, as well as educate the department managers on financial issues impacting their budgets.\nEnhance, develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the organization.\nEvaluate and advise on the impact of strategic planning decisions, introduction of new programs / strategies and regulatory actions.\nEvaluate the Finance department organizational structure and team plan for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the group as well as providing individuals with professional and personal growth.\nManage a team of a dozen talented people\nKnowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, and rules.\nOther Duties as assigned.\nQualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for the stated position. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\n15+ years of relevant work experience in Finance Director or Controller in Manufacturing Facility\nPrior experience in Public Company (Must have)\nStrong knowledge of financial regulations, including GAAP/IFRS and SOX compliance\nFull P&L and Balance Sheet responsibility\nAdvanced Computer Skills: Ability to perform the most complex computer tasks and operate various computer programs.\nFull Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs.\nVery High Reasoning Skills: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Be able to interpret a wide variety of technical instructions in math or diagram form and deal with several abstract/concrete variables.\nWilling to travel ~20% of the time\nMaster's Degree (M.A.) or CPA and/or 15+ years related experience\nExperience in the Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Device industries\nSupply Chain background and understanding\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams\nProficiency in financial software and ERP systems, SAP B1 is a plus \nHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards\nBe an integral leader in the strategic planning process.\n#LI-CW1\nJoin us and be part of building the bridge between life changing therapies and patients.
