The essential duties and responsibilities include the following but other duties may be assigned.\nBuild and evolve advanced analytics and dashboards that inform strategic decisions and monitor OpEx program performance.\nTrack and analyze key operational metrics including Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People.\nEnsure consistent KPI definitions and reporting standards.\nIdentify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across sites and functions.\nConnect operational KPI performance to business outcomes (revenue, EBITDA, customer impact)\nInfluence without authority across a matrixed, multi-site global organization.\nEstablish and maintain data governance and scalable reporting processes.\nCollaborate globally and across functions to align reporting and performance management.\nDrive consistency across sites by developing standard templates, playbooks, and reporting structures (e.g., SQCDP, LMI, Hoshin)\nPartner with site leadership teams to embed OpEx principles into daily management systems.\nSupport performance reviews by preparing executive-ready reports and presentations.\nHelp translate high-level strategy into actionable programs, governance structures, and measurable outcomes.\nProvide analytical support for business cases, scenario modeling, and opportunity sizing.\nAct as a key support partner to the Sr. Director, Operational Excellence, enabling effective decision-making through data and structured analysis.\nThis position may require extra hours and/or weekend work.\nKnowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, rules.\nAttendance to work is an essential function of this position.\nPerforms other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.\nQualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for the stated position. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nRequired:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Statistics, or related discipline.\n3 to 5 years of experience in data analytics, Operational Excellence, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Continuous Improvement.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills.\nExperience with Power BI or Tableau.\nExperience working with ERP systems.\nExperience in Operational Excellence, Lean, or Six Sigma environments.\nFamiliarity with ERP systems (JD Edwards, SAP, other).\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to influence without direct authority.\nStrong executive communication skills\nPrefer\nAbility to effectively present information to various people as the job requires.\nAbility to travel.\nAbility to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. \nLean Six Signma certification\nGMP experience\nThe hiring rate for this position is $76,000 - $85,500 annually plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including but not limited to specific and relevant experience, education, credentials, geography, and subject matter expertise.
