You’ll partner with managers and employees, provide practical advice, support employee relations and contribute to HR projects, change initiatives and continuous improvement.\nThis role is based on site.\nResponsibilities\nAdvise managers and employees on employment law, HR policies and best practice.\nManage and support employee relations, absence, performance and change management.\nLead recruitment, selection and onboarding, including company induction.\nSupport payroll and pension processes, ensuring accurate and timely monthly changes.\nManage HR systems and employee data, ensuring accuracy and GDPR compliance.\nSupport the delivery of health surveillance and occupational health programmes.\nAnalyse HR data, produce KPIs and reports, and identify improvement opportunities.\nSupport training and development initiatives and wider HR projects.\nBuild strong stakeholder relationships and promote a positive employee experience and engagement.\nQualifications\nLevel 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent.\nExperience as an HR Advisor or similar, ideally within manufacturing, distribution or a commercial environment.\nStrong knowledge of UK employment law, employee relations and absence management.\nExcellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.\nConfident using HRIS, Microsoft Office and Excel, with strong attention to detail.\nBenefits\nAt PCI, we believe that our employees are our most valuable asset.
