Our strategy includes building teams across our global network to pioneer and shape the future of PCI.\nSummary of Objective:\nThe Maintenance, Reliability, Operations Coordinator ensures accurate and timely inventory management of materials used in the manufacturing process. This role maintains spare parts availability through effective use of a CMMS system, supports maintenance and production teams, and upholds operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following but other duties may be assigned.\nManage and control spare parts inventory using CMMS to ensure parts availability for work order completion \nCoordinate with Purchasing and Payables on scheduling and confirming part deliveries \nPerform electronic transactions for issuing, reserving, and closing materials to jobs \nProcess and close manufacturing jobs; record production quantities \nPhysically and electronically move inventory and maintain accurate labeling \nConduct cycle counts, stock checks, and periodic physical inventory counts \nIdentify and resolve inventory discrepancies, performing root-cause investigations \nMaintain replacement parts inventory for critical components \nUpdate maintenance manuals, system documentation, and downtime logs \nMaintain preventive maintenance schedules and system service logs \nCollaborate with main office Spare Parts Coordinator to order new components \nAccurately document all predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities \nSpecial Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
