Our strategy includes building teams across our global network to pioneer and shape the future of PCI.\nDate Issued:\nAugust 5, 2026\nApplication Deadline:\nAugust 12, 2025\nWage Level:\nhourly\nJOB DESCRIPTION:\nPosition Title: QC Sample Coordinator II\nLocation: Madison WI\nDepartment: Quality Control / Incoming materials and samples coordinator\nReporting To: Manager, Quality Control\nResponsible For (Staff): No\nThis position will have responsibility for supporting activities in the QC Sample Management group, which includes use of material control procedures and specification documents, raw material sampling & inspection, participation in the coordination of testing with internal and external resources, and collection of data and material certificates for review by QA\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nReview incoming material receipt packets to assess testing needs\nRegularly check USP, EP, and JP Compendia for material monograph updates\nCreate and revise cGMP documents and Raw Material Specifications documents per current industry standards\nSchedule sampling of raw materials\nRoutinely perform aseptic sampling inside a Biological Safety Cabinet\nPerform routine cleaning of sampling facilities\nRequest quotes and purchase orders for testing performed externally\nSubmit all applicable sample submission paperwork to the appropriate testing labs\nAssist with regular communications with 3rd party labs performing external testing\nPerform dimensional inspections on packaging components\nManage shipment of all final product samples\nReview testing results to ensure accuracy and compliance\nPerform routine data generation and problem solving\nEscalate testing failure or safety concerns to management in a timely manner\nIndependently manage deviation, out-of-specification or aberrant result investigations, as needed\nAssist with CAPA, MOC competition, and Audit responses, as needed\nOrder/restock laboratory and office supplies, as needed.\nComplete assigned training in a timely fashion \nAttend scheduling meetings and communicate critical timelines or potential challenges to the pending manufacturing schedule\nReview final product and sampling plans for accuracy\nCoordinate training experiences for new hires on the sampling processes\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nRequired:\n2-5 years relevant business experience\nProficient in MS Office.\nMust have strong attention to detail as well as ability to work in a cross-functional team environment\nProfessional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well orally and in writing\nAbility to multi-task in a dynamic environment with changing priorities\nAbility to work independently as well as on a team, with limited supervisory oversight\nMaster Control experience a plus\ncGMP experience a plus\nSpecial Demands:\nMust be able to walk and drive between local sites\nMust be able to physically wear laboratory protective attire and equipment, including but not limited to gowning, goggles, face shields, respirators, and protective gloves \nMust be comfortable working with and handling hazardous materials in safety cabinets\nMust be able to safely lift 40+ lbs.\nJoin us and be part of building the bridge between life changing therapies and patients.
