The Quality Operations Intern will work directly with site Quality leaders to strengthen how quality performance is measured, analyzed, and improved across all shifts and sites. This role provides hands-on exposure to real-world operations in a regulated manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), data analysis, and continuous improvement. The intern will assess current quality metrics, gather frontline feedback, analyze trends and root causes, and help translate insights into prioritized, high-impact improvement initiatives. By the end of the internship, the intern will have contributed measurable improvements while developing analytical, critical thinking, and Quality Operations skills.
