Our strategy includes building teams across our global network to pioneer and shape the future of PCI.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop enterprise architecture frameworks and technology standards for infrastructure and security domains\nCreate reference architectures for cloud (Azure, AWS), hybrid, and on- premises environments\nLead architecture review board and provide governance for significant technology decisions\nEvaluate emerging technologies and provide strategic recommendations (build vs. buy analysis)\nDesign IT/OT architecture patterns for manufacturing and industrial environments\nEstablish cloud strategy including multi-cloud governance, workload placement, and cost optimization\nReview and approve MSP solution designs ensuring alignment with enterprise standards\nDefine technical debt management strategy and modernization roadmap\nCreate architecture documentation including diagrams, decision records, and standards catalogs\nMentor technical staff on architecture principles and best practices\nSupport M&A activities with technology due diligence and integration architecture\nAlign technology architecture with business capabilities and strategic objectives Required Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field\n10+ years of progressive IT experience with 5+ years in enterprise architecture roles\nDemonstrated experience developing enterprise architecture for organizations of 5,000+ users\nDeep expertise in cloud architecture (Azure and/or AWS) with hands-on design experience\nStrong infrastructure architecture knowledge (compute, storage, network, virtualization)\nExperience with architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, or similar)\nExcellent communication skills for presenting to executive and board audiences\nStrong vendor management and technology evaluation capabilities\nExperience in regulated industries with compliance architecture requirements Preferred Qualifications\nMaster’s degree in technology or business administration\nTOGAF 9.x certification\nAzure Solutions Architect Expert or AWS Solutions Architect Professional\nPharmaceutical or manufacturing industry experience\nExperience with IT/OT convergence and industrial architecture\nKnowledge of Zero Trust architecture implementation Technical Skills & Tools Azure architecture (landing zones, hub-spoke, governance)\nAWS architecture (Well-Architected Framework)\nVMware vSphere / Cloud Foundation\nCisco enterprise networking\nStorage architecture (SAN, NAS, object storage)\nIdentity architecture (Entra ID, AD)\nSecurity architecture patterns\nVeeam / enterprise backup architecture\nArchitecture modeling tools (Visio, LucidChart, ArchiMate) Key Performance Indicators\nArchitecture standards documentation (target: complete framework in 6 months)\nArchitecture review board effectiveness (target: 100% major projects reviewed)\nTechnical debt reduction (target: 20% reduction in legacy systems YoY)\nCloud cost optimization (target: 15% efficiency improvement)\nStakeholder satisfaction (target: >4.0/5.0)\nJoin us and be part of building the bridge between life changing therapies and patients.
