This role serves as a key liaison between project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and communications are effectively managed. The Senior Project Coordinator provides advanced coordination support, drives project governance activities, identifies risks, and helps implement process improvements to enhance project outcomes.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nCoordinate multiple projects simultaneously from initiation through completion.\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, milestones, action plans, and status reports.\nMonitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies.\nEnsure project deliverables are completed on time and meet quality expectations.\nFacilitate project meetings, document key decisions, and track action items.\nSupport project managers in resource planning and workload management.\nServe as a primary point of contact for project communications.\nPrepare and distribute project updates, dashboards, and executive summaries.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.\nEscalate project concerns and risks to leadership as appropriate.\nMaintain project documentation, files, and records in accordance with established standards.\nTrack project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization.\nEnsure compliance with organizational project management methodologies and processes.\nSupport audit, reporting, and governance requirements.\nIdentify opportunities to improve project management tools, workflows, and reporting.\nRecommend and implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.\nAssist in developing project management templates, procedures, and training materials.\nMentor and guide junior project coordinators and project team members.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Operations, or a related field required.\nProject Management Professional (PMP), CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred.\n5+ years of project coordination, project management, operations, or related experience.\nExperience supporting complex, cross-functional projects.\nExperience working with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.\nAbility to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.\nKnowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.\nJoin us and be part of building the bridge between life changing therapies and patients.
