Our strategy includes building teams across our global network to pioneer and shape the future of PCI.\nSummary\nThe Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting the Company's global treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity forecasting, debt administration, banking relationships, treasury reporting, and financial risk management activities. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring efficient cash utilization, maintaining compliance with debt agreements and enhancing treasury processes. In addition, this induvial will assist with managing the risk management program.\nReporting to the Director of Treasury (or VP Finance), the Senior Treasury Analyst will work closely with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Operations, and external banking partners to provide insightful analysis and support strategic initiatives.\nCash Management, Forecasting & Liquidity Planning\nManage daily cash positioning and global liquidity reporting.\nPrepare 13 week cash forecast and analyze forecast versus actual cash performance and identify key drivers.\nPartner with FP&A and business leaders to improve forecast accuracy.\nProvide ad hoc financial analyses supporting liquidity and capital planning decisions.\nTreasury Operations\nExecute and monitor wire transfers, ACH payments, and other treasury transactions.\nServe as a primary point of contact for routine banking activities, maintain bank account administration, including account openings, closures, signatory updates, and user access controls.\nEnsure compliance with treasury policies and payment authorization procedures.\nSupport implementation of cash management and treasury best practices, including the development and maintenance of treasury policies and procedures.\nAssist with treasury-related system enhancements and automation initiatives.\nDebt Compliance\nPartner with FP&A to prepare debt covenant calculations and compliance reporting.\nMaintain debt schedules and support lender reporting requirements.\nTrack borrowing activity, interest expense, and debt repayments.\nAssist with forecasting debt balances and interest costs.\nSupport refinancing, financing transactions, and other capital structure initiatives.\nInsurance & Risk Management\nSupport administration of the Company's global risk management programs.\nCoordinate annual insurance renewal processes with the Company's insurance broker and internal stakeholders.\nServe as a key point of contact for insurance certificates (COIs), ensuring timely issuance and tracking of customer, vendor, landlord, and contractual requirements.\nSupport claims administration and act as liaison between internal stakeholders, insurance carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators.\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field required.\nExperience\n4 to 7 years of treasury, corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, banking, or related experience.\nExperience with cash forecasting and liquidity management preferred.\nExperience supporting debt compliance and lender reporting is a plus.\nExperience supporting corporate insurance programs, insurance broker relationships, and certificate of insurance administration preferred.\nTechnical and Professional Competencies\nStrong financial modeling and analytical skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nContinuous improvement mindset with a focus on process optimization.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (JDE, SAP, Oracle,etc.).\nFamiliarity with Treasury Management Systems and banking platforms preferred.\nKnowledge of debt agreements, covenant calculations, and treasury controls preferred.\nExperience with OneStream, Power BI, or similar reporting tools is a plus.\nJoin us and be part of building the bridge between life changing therapies and patients.
