Our strategy includes building teams across our global network to pioneer and shape the future of PCI.\nJob Title: Technical Operations Technician\nLocations: Rockford - Assembly\nSummary of Objective:\nAssembles mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and fluid power machine components and sub-assemblies by interpreting mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and fluid power schematics; and troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic, fluid power, and mechanical, machines or sub-assemblies\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following but other duties may be assigned.\nFabricates machine assemblies, including wiring, pneumatic and fluid power.\nDrilling, tapping and threading various types of materials.\nLeveling or aligning assemblies and machines.\nPlumbing fluid power, pneumatic and water lines with tubing or hard pipe.\nTrouble shoots and repairs problems on equipment.\nDevelops customized packaging sub-assemblies to meet customer requirements.\nMoving equipment\nPerforming engineering line trials\nThe ability to define, diagnose, and resolve problems\nInteract cooperatively and collaboratively with others\nThis position may require extra hours and/or weekend work.\nKnowledge of and adherence to all PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, rules.\nAttendance to work is an essential function of this position\nPerforms other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.\nSpecial Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including but not limited to specific and relevant experience, education, credentials, geography, and subject matter expertise.
