Our products include raw materials and clinical study materials that must be handled with the utmost care.\nKey Responsibilities:\nReceiving and storing deliveries under the correct conditions (e.g. temperature-controlled storage)\nRecording deliveries in our system and properly labeling the items\nPreparation of the necessary documents, such as pick lists and shipping labels\nConduct shipping of clinical trial materials\nHandle special deliveries (e.g. urgent or sensitive shipments) with trusted courier services\nIdentify and report quality issues with materials to ensure they are isolated until the issue is resolved\nCareful documentation in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) of all work steps carried out\nWhat We Are Looking For:\nDetail-oriented and responsible work ethic\nInitial experience in the areas of warehousing, logistics or quality control (career changers are also welcome)\nA background in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage, but not essential\nAccuracy and precision, particularly in handling and documenting materials\nA reliable team player who is motivated to learn new things\nBasic computer skills (e.g. MS Office, ERP systems)\nKnowledge of German and English is generally required\nJoin us and be part of building the bridge between life changing therapies and patients.
