(shop cards, d-sheets, steel cards, B.O.M, drawings, details, calculations and mix designs, field and plant repairs.) Maintain files for hard copies and network. Enter data in T.A.S.K and IFS. Operate copiers, plotter, scanner and fax machine and computer. Package up submittals and construction documents to ship out. Order all supplies when needed. Work in other departments as needed.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities: All employees are required to follow all Safety and Quality rules and processes to ensure a safe working environment, and the production of high-quality products.\nKeep Engineering Files up to date for hard copies and on network.\n\nReceive Shop Cards, D-Sheets, B.O.M, Details, Calculation, Drawings, Steel cards, and Field and Plant Repairs from E-mail and websites. Then place them on the network and look in box on wall for in-house issue.\n\nMake PDF’s and text files of all shop cards.\n\nIn AutoCAD and PDF revise shop card (piece, Dimensions, weights, D-Sheets, Product Code.\n\nInput shop card data in T.A.S.K and IFS (piece, Dimensions, weights, D-Sheets, Product Code, etc.) Check shops as they are put in to make sure dimensions match on the sheet info.\n\nPlot out shop cards, D-Sheets, B.O.M, Details, Calculation, Drawings, and Steel cards.\n\nPut field and plant repairs in IFS for tracking money.\n\nStamp and make copies and issue Shop cards, D-Sheets, B.O.M, Steel Cards, Field and Plant Repairs inside the company.\n\nPut Engineering documents on other companies Website. Make Zip files and make a share file.\n\nMeet with the Production Scheduler to find out what documents and shop cards are needed by our deadline for the day.\n\nConfer with the engineers and outside companies to get shop cards and other documents needed for scheduling.\n\nWork with Excel, Word, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, DWG to PDF converter, Job Status Database, share file, and zip files, T.A.S.K, IFS.\n\nMake copies of Mix Designs, Details, Calculations and Drawings then issue in house and package them up to ship out to the field, Erectors, and other companies.\n\nIssue EBOM and Product Schedule to Field Operations and Erectors when asked.\n\nWhen asked throughout the job e-mail share files to Erectors of drawings.\n\nKeep standards book and detailing manual book current and issue revisions. Make copies of both books to give to new employees.\n\nMake Engineering department related changes on Job Status database.\n\nKeep up with supplies and order when needed.\n\nIssue QC trend reports once a week.\n\nScan Mix Designs, details, calculation, and drawings.\n\nBack up scheduling clerk and front desk when needed.\n\nPerform miscellaneous duties for other supervisors.\n\nTake pictures from yard and place in folders by job and size down send to Spartanburg SC at end of month for billing.
