Our strategy includes building teams across our global network to pioneer and shape the future of PCI.\nWe are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader (Permanent role) to join our team in Stamullen, County Meath.\nThis is a Night Shift role, covering Thursday to Saturday 12 hours shift (7pm to 7am).\nSummary of Role\nLead team of warehouse operatives, on shift, to support production and warehouse operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nEnsure safe work practices are being followed at all times, report any near misses immediately to the EHS Department.\nManage day to day events and planning in the warehouse.\nKnowledge / understanding of WMS (Warehouse Management System)\nEnsure all stock movement are entered and up to date on WMS (Warehouse Management System) \nMaintain housekeeping at a high standard.\nEnsure all goods in are processed in a timely manner and in accordance with SOP’s.\nEnsure all dispatch is processed in a timely manner and in accordance with SOP’s.\nEnsure all product is picked and returns processed in a timely manner and in accordance with SOP’s.\nComplete and update training for all warehouse staff.\nComplete back to work meetings when required.\nEnsure all equipment is maintained to meet requirements and escalate issues. communicate information to relevant depts.\nBe available to work and train in all company depots and departments.\nBe competent as required in Counterbalance, PPT (Power Pallet Truck) and VNA vehicles.\nEnsure H&S is adhered to at all times.\nAssist in the implementation of all new work practices and processes.\nCarry out various additional tasks in line with Company goals.\nAssist in documenting KPI’s.\nBe available to work across all sites and all shifts.\nCarry out various other additional tasks that may be required from time to time in accordance with the overall goal of the company.\nKnowledge / Skills & Experience\nEssential:\n2-3 years’ experience working in busy Warehouse\n1-3 years in a supervisory / people management role.\n• Proven track record of showing how results were delivered through problem solving or management/leadership of others. \nCapability to follow clear goals, communicate these clearly and ensure progress to completion meeting predefined targets.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and set priorities.\nProblem Solving and Troubleshooting skills. The successful candidate should display a dynamic and proactive approach to manage problems. \nSelf-motivated with a results driven approach.\nFlexibility to work across different shifts on request in line with business needs.\nAdaptable and ability to work collaboratively.\nProficient in Microsoft Office products (incl. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)\nFluent in English.\nDesirable:\nExperience in a GMP or Regulated Environment.\nExperience in Lean Manufacturing, including experience in Lean tools to develop continuous improvements.\nCounterbalance, PPT (Power Pallet Truck), VNA experience.\nRequirements:\nExperience in a busy warehouse environment.\nHigh level of Microsoft Office skills required.\nJoin us and be part of building the bridge between life changing therapies and patients.
