experience lifecycle, getting our new customers - who have invested their time, resources, and trust in us - fully onboarded, configured, implemented, and up-and-running in an efficient manner all while delivering the best customer experience.\nIn this role, you will:\n Deliver our software solutions in time and on budget, being on top of project status and always being proactive in driving issue resolution forward\nDemonstrate multi-disciplinary team leadership by effectively utilizing internal and external resources\nBuild Trusted Advisor relationships with clients while performing project management best practices throughout the course of all project phases\nCommunicate and gather requirements from key stakeholders to formulate a business vision and determine the scope of the project\nEnsure completion of deliverables, managing schedules, customer expectations, meeting milestones, and ensuring customer and project success\nStrong focus on maintaining client satisfaction, enhancing the PCRS package, and communicating successfully to the development team\nCreate implementation plans and manage changes to project scopes, schedules, and costs using appropriate verification processes\nProactively monitor clients’ transactions and processes, perform analysis, and provide recommendations to necessary parties to ensure customer satisfaction with PCMI products and services\nRepresent the company at industry conferences and events as needed\nWhat You’ll Need to Join Our Team\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience.\nPMP Certified, preferred.\n1-2+ years as a customer facing Project Manager implementing SaaS solutions.\nExperienced in resource scheduling, utilization targets, owning a budget, and have worked extensively in Professional Services.\nPassionate about customer success, building relationships, and learning.\nImplementation experience with 4 month or longer deployment timelines that include data conversions and process improvement, preferred.\nComplete knowledge and understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).\nExpertise in creating technical documentation, functional design documents, and workflow processes.\nCompetent with application software implementation and testing practices.\nAvailable for
