What You’ll Do We are looking for a Engineering Manager who can lead the modernization of PCMI's Risk Management Platform. This individual will oversee the transfer from legacy monolith architecture into modern cloud technology. You'll be hands on in setting the technical direction, growing your team, and leading code validations. In this role, you will: Lead a technical delivery team while owning code quality, technical standards, and code reviews. Work closely with the architect team to turn platform design decisions into working implementations. Analyzing and migrate business logic from T-SQL stored procedures to .NET.
