The primary responsibility of this candidate will be to design fixtures and tooling used in various manufacturing processes, documenting and establishing a repeatable process and design guide.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign manufacturing tooling for new products, which will be either machined or fabricated by additive processes\nAdhere to and further develop tooling standards\nCreate & document procedures for process equipment, ensuring that procedures ensure operator & technician safety at all times.\nDevelop & implement a system to maintain tooling / fixture records\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement, particularly machine efficiency and cost reductions, utilizing data-driven methods.\nAssist with updating consumable parts inventory records\nParticipate in cross functional targeted improvement projects.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\nSkills and Qualifications\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nGood organizational skills\nDesire to work in a fast-paced environment\nProficient with Microsoft Office package\nExperience with 2D & 3D drafting software\nCapable of performing process and equipment troubleshooting, root cause analysis and corrective action formulation\nAttention to detail, particularly with respect to developing process documentation\nMinimum Qualifications\nPursuing BS in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering\nEagerness to learn and take initiative\nExperience with Solidworks\nTogether We Inspire Pride\nWe want our team members to be proud of the essential work they do, our commitment to the sustainability, and the overall customer experience.
