This role is great for someone who likes hands-on work, pays attention to detail and works well with others.\nKey Responsibilities\nMaintains understanding of the operating procedure in the department.\nOperates decorating equipment and maintenance.\nPerforms quality production at reasonable speeds, taking full advantage of the equipment available.\nOperates, maintains and performs routine service on any equipment used in the completion of these tasks.\nPerforms routine setting adjustments on machines.\nEnsures that targets are met for quality, productivity, throughput time and on-time delivery.\nAdheres to safe work practices as indicated in the policy manual.\nMaintains a clean, safe and well-organized work area.\nOther duties as assigned by supervisor.\nSkills and Knowledge\nAbility to handle multiple tasks and priorities.\nAttention to detail.\nGood organizational skills.\nMust be able to work well independently or with others.\nMinimum Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.\nMinimum of 1 year light industrial machine operation preferred.\nPrior operation of CNC, silkscreen print press, lathe or fine adjustment machinery a plus.\nInternal candidates - Minimum of 3 months experience as a Journalbooks Production Technician I.\nPCNA is an equal opportunity employer.
