The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning execution monitoring and successful delivery of projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives compliance standards and stakeholder expectations.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Project Planning\nDefine project scope objectives and key deliverables.\n\nDevelop comprehensive project plans timelines and schedules.\n\nManage RFP processes including proposal collection evaluation and comparison.\n\nPrepare project initiation documents (PID).\n\nAllocate resources and coordinate team activities effectively.\n\n2. Execution & Monitoring\nLead cross-functional teams to execute project plans.\n\nTrack progress against milestones and adjust plans as needed.\n\nIdentify assess and mitigate project risks and issues in coordination with Information Security requirements.\n\n3. Budget Management\nPrepare and manage project budgets including cost estimation and resource planning.\n\nEnsure project delivery within approved financial constraints.\n\n4. Quality Assurance\nEnsure all deliverables meet defined quality standards and stakeholder expectations.\n\nConduct regular quality checks audits and reviews.\n\n5. Stakeholder Communication\nMaintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders clients and internal teams.\n\nProvide regular status reports presentations and updates.\n\n6. Team Leadership\nLead motivate and support project teams to achieve objectives.\n\nFoster a collaborative high-performance work environment.\n\nDelegate responsibilities and ensure accountability across the team.\n\n7. Resource Management\nIdentify project resource requirements and manage allocation efficiently.\n\nCoordinate with resource managers to secure necessary skills and staffing.\n\n8. Change Management\nImplement change management processes to ensure smooth transitions.\n\nAddress resistance and support teams during organizational or project changes.\n\n9. Documentation & Reporting\nMaintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation.\n\nPrepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.\n\n10. Client Satisfaction\nEnsure high levels of client and end-user satisfaction.\n\nGather feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives.\n\n11. Project Closure & Evaluation\nComplete project closure activities including client sign-off and documentation finalization.\n\nConduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improvement areas.\n\n12. Compliance & Governance\nEnsure adherence to internal policies local regulations and international standards.\n\nSupport compliance operational risk and permanent supervision requirements.\n\nRequirementsRequirements\nMinimum 7 years of experience managing projects within the banking sector.\n\nPMP Certification is mandatory.\n\nStrong experience in project planning risk management and stakeholder management.\n\nExcellent leadership communication and organizational skills.\n\nRequired Skills:\nRequirements Minimum 7 years of experience managing projects within the banking sector.
