Our compressors are backed by a US-based team of factory service technicians, engineers, and a global support network to ensure maximum compressor uptime.\n The Inventory Associate will accurately maintain daily, weekly, and monthly inventory levels in our ERP system. Inventory Associates are responsible for performing an array of duties, such as picking, and filling orders, and managing, organizing, and counting stock. And back up for receiving and processing incoming stock and materials\nResponsibilities:\nNavigate through an advanced ERP System to successfully execute all daily aspects of the \"Inbound & Outbound\" inventory operations.\nPull Parts for all job orders and sub assemblies.\nPut away inventory in parts room and warehouse ensuring placement in accurate bin location(s)and Organize and label materials with identifying information using appropriate methods.\nEnsure transactions in ERP system are completed in timely manner and reflect accurate storage locations/movements.\ndaily plans are being executed and in timely matter.\n Maintain product identification and location program.\nEnsure all finished goods, raw materials and sub-assembly components are maintained as per established guidelines and procedures.\nReplenish production floor with parts to maintain build schedule.\nProcess all non-conforming material in ERP.\nCoordinate with all involved parties to ensure accurate records keeping.\nPerform detailed cycle counts, researching variances resulting and record findings\nResponsible for the integrity and accuracy of all inventories by daily cycle counts and determine root cause of inventory discrepancy.\nMaintain and compute inventory balance by running and preparing reports of inventory balances, shortages, and discrepancies.\nOrganize warehouse for efficient storage and material distribution per supervisor instructions.\nMaintain accurate inventory levels through daily, monthly cycle counts and annual year-end physical inventories.\nEstablish and maintain high standards for quality, housekeeping, and productivity.\nMaintain accurate and timely inventory records in ERP system.\nTag and label materials and stock them in correct bin locations. Restock shelves and Kardex\nAdd any parts needing to be ordered to Purchasing Sheet\nSupports 5S/workplace organization goals of the department and offers suggestions to makes improvements that achieve the department’s performance \nParticipation in annual physical inventory\nOther duties as assigned\n Job Requirements\n High School Diploma or relevant work experience\nExperience with ERP/MRP/WMS software preferred.\nPrevious cycle count experience preferred \nRF Scanner and bar-coding experience preferred \nInventory and warehouse experience.\nBasic understanding of Microsoft Office Outlook and Excel.\nAbility to create and present detailed summary reports.\nAbility to interpret complex data and translate this into meaningful, useful information that informs decision-making.\nAbility to work in a fast paced environment and multi task.\nGood Communication skills\nForklift experience preferred\n All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.\nPDC Machines is an Equal Opportunity/ Affirmative Action employer.
