Vehicle and Energy platforms.\n\nCollaborate with Design, Manufacturing, NPI, and Operations teams to gather and develop packaging requirements.\n\nPartner with Supply Chain and Logistics to enable efficient delivery of parts without compromising quality.\n\nProvide design direction for protective packaging containers, dunnage, and shipping racks (domestic & international).\n\nApply CAD and technical design methods including datum structure, GD&T, and tolerance stack-up analysis.\n\nMonitor KPIs and drive packaging standards and continuous improvement.\n\nManage expendable to returnable packaging projects and sustainability initiatives.\n\nOversee project budgets, risks, vendor selection, and change management.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Packaging, Industrial Design, or equivalent.\n\nStrong CAD skills (Creo, SolidWorks) with experience in technical drawings, GD&T, and tolerance analysis.\n\nFamiliarity with manufacturing processes such as machining, welding, and injection molding.\n\nKnowledge of materials including aluminum, steel, composites, and foam.\n\nExperience designing to standards such as ASTM and Mil-Spec.\n\nStrong understanding of packaging testing and validation.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality results.\n\nExcellent communication, risk management, and teamwork
