subsystems (process chambers, beamline structures, wafer handling, vacuum chambers).\n\nConduct design reviews, apply DfX principles, GD&T, and tolerance stack-up analysis.\n\nPerform hand calculations and FEA (CREO Simulate, ANSYS) for structural integrity and reliability.\n\nExecute detailed CAD work, engineering drawings, and BOM management (Creo, AutoCAD, Windchill, Glovia).\n\nDevelop precision motion mechanisms and complex electromechanical assemblies.\n\nPerform FEA/CFD (thermal, structural, modal) and validate designs via prototyping.\n\nDrive manufacturability improvements, reliability growth, and cost reduction.\n\nDefine test requirements, coordinate execution, and document engineering test plans.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (systems, electrical, controls, physics, manufacturing, field service).\n\nEnsure compliance with SEMI S2/S8 and internal safety standards.\n\nPreferred Experience:\nEnd station and wafer
