We’re looking for a Product Manager who is curious, customer-focused, and energized by turning real-world problems into meaningful product solutions.\nIn this role, you’ll own a product or key product area, working closely with customers, Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities, set priorities, and bring solutions to market.\nThis is a great opportunity for a Product Manager who has built a solid foundation in product management and is ready to take greater ownership of product strategy, roadmap decisions, and business outcomes.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn the strategy, roadmap, and priorities for an assigned product or product area.\n\nDevelop a deep understanding of customers, users, business needs, and market trends.\n\nTranslate customer problems and business opportunities into clear product requirements and outcomes.\n\nPartner closely with Engineering and UX throughout discovery, development, testing, launch, and iteration.\n\nPrioritize features and initiatives by balancing customer value, business impact, technical considerations, effort, and risk.\n\nGather and synthesize feedback from customers, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and other stakeholders.\n\nUse product analytics, customer insights, and market data to evaluate performance and guide decisions.\n\nDefine success measures and monitor product adoption, utilization, customer experience, and business impact.\n\nPartner with go-to-market teams to support product launches, positioning, enablement, and adoption.\n\nCommunicate roadmap priorities, product decisions, progress, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.\n\nIdentify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologiesto improve the product and customer experience.\n\nUse AI-enabled tools to improve product discovery, research, requirements development, analysis, and day-to-day product management.\n\nContinuously learn, test assumptions, and adjust priorities based on results.\n\nWhat we're looking for\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n\n3-5+ years of product management, product ownership, business analysis, or related technology experience, with direct product management experience preferred.\n\nExperience working with software or technology products through multiple stages of the product lifecycle.\n\nWorking knowledge of Agile product development practices and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).\n\nExperience developing product requirements, user stories, roadmaps, and prioritization recommendations.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data and customer insights into product decisions.\n\nAbility to understand technical concepts and effectively partner with Engineering teams.\n\nStrong communication skills with the ability to translate between technical, customer, and business audiences.\n\nExperience collaborating across Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, or similar functions.\n\nComfort working through ambiguity, balancing competing priorities, and making informed trade-offs.\n\nCustomer-focused mindset with genuine curiosity about how people use products and where their biggest challenges lie.\n\nExperience with product and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or similar platforms.\n\nFamiliarity with AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with SaaS, cloud-based, enterprise software, payments, retail technology, data, or platform products.\n\nExperience conducting customer discovery, competitive analysis, or market research.\n\nExperience using product analytics to measure adoption and inform roadmap decisions.\n\nExposure to APIs, integrations, data platforms, or other technical product concepts.\n\nExperience participating in product launches and go-to-market activities\n\nWhat Success looks like\nYou’ll be successful in this role when you understand the customer problem behind the request, not just the requested feature.
