You'll work alongside experienced Product Managers, developers, designers, and business stakeholders to help shape products from concept to delivery.\nWhat You'll Do\nPartner with Product Managers to understand product strategy, priorities, and customer needs.\nHelp translate business requirements into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, using AI tools (e.g., Claude) to draft and refine them.\nHelp build and maintain reusable prompt templates for recurring tasks such as story generation and refinement prep.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.\nCollaborate closely with engineering, design, support, and business teams.\nAssist with prioritizing and maintaining the product backlog.\nGather feedback from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement.\nTest new functionality, validate that solutions meet business requirements, and confirm completed stories meet the team's definition of done.\nSupport release planning and help set expectations for delivery of new functionality.\nTrack product performance and help identify opportunities to enhance the user experience.\nDocument processes, workflows, and product requirements.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and the phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).\nFamiliarity with technical concepts such as APIs, middleware, services, and SQL.\nExposure to tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or similar platforms.\nExperience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or other productivity technologies.\nInterest in prompt engineering - writing clear, context-rich prompts and iterating on them to improve AI-generated stories and acceptance criteria.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including translating between technical and business audiences.\nAbility to create user journeys, wireframes, and basic diagrams to convey ideas.\nAbility to organize multiple priorities and manage deadlines.\nCuriosity and willingness to learn new technologies and business processes.\nStrong attention to detail and a
