In addition to Pharmacy Benefit Administrative Services, we offer 340B Administration, Hospice and Long-Term Care Services.\nWhy Join Us:\nBest Employer: PDMI was voted Best Employer in Ohio for the sixth consecutive year in 2026! \nMeaningful Work: Contribute to improving healthcare quality and efficiency. \nCollaborative Environment: Work with passionate professionals who share your drive. \nExciting Challenges: Every day brings new opportunities to excel. \nFlexible Work: Fully remote opportunity with a company that cares. \nKey Responsibilities:\nLead HR strategies and initiatives that support PDMI’s business priorities, organizational growth, leadership effectiveness, and operational goals.\nPartner with leadership to strengthen accountability, organizational consistency, and team effectiveness across the organization, including support of PDMI’s operating framework (EOS).\nCoach and advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, leadership development, organizational challenges, and change management efforts.\nPartner with the Manager, Organizational Learning and Strategy to support leadership development initiatives and employee growth opportunities across the organization.\nOversee employee engagement initiatives, employee feedback strategies, and action planning efforts to support retention and workplace culture.\nLead and strengthen PDMI’s performance management processes, including goal setting, manager accountability, employee development, and alignment of performance expectations with organizational priorities.\nLead compensation strategy and governance, including philosophy, benchmarking approach, structure design, and guidance to ensure equitable and competitive compensation practices.\nOversee HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, training, and workforce planning.\nEnsure HR policies, practices, and employee-related decisions remain compliant, consistent, and aligned with company expectations and values.\nPartner cross-functionally with leaders to align workforce planning, organizational structure, and talent needs with operational priorities.\nUtilize HR metrics, workforce data, and employee feedback to identify trends, support decision-making, and improve HR effectiveness.\nLead efforts to improve HR processes, systems, communication, and operational efficiencies.\nReinforce PDMI’s leadership expectations, professionalism, accountability, and culture across all levels of the organization.\nQualifications - Education, Experience, Certifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field required.\nMaster’s degree in a related field preferred.\n8+ years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources, organizational development, or related disciplines, including experience leading HR strategy at a senior level required.\nDemonstrated experience driving organizational effectiveness, culture, engagement, leadership development, and change management required.\nExperience advising executive leadership and influencing decision-making across all levels of an organization required.\nExperience leading HR operations and ensuring compliance within a multi-state workforce preferred.\nExperience working in a highly regulated industry such as healthcare, pharmacy, or technology preferred.\nProfessional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred.\nAI Usage & Candidate Authenticity:\nAI tools may be used for resume formatting or drafting application materials; however, submitting content that misrepresents your experience, including copied job descriptions or unverifiable work history, is not acceptable.
