Please note that this role is open for Azerbaijani nationals only.\nYou can be part of our vision!\n\nWorking Pattern: Employee Contract / Full-time\nAs a Senior C&I Engineer, you will:\nProvide technical leadership and oversight for instrumentation systems related to flowline projects.\nDevelop and review instrument specifications, data sheets, and drawings (e.g., hook-up diagrams, loop diagrams, cable schedules).\nSupport the design and integration of instrumentation with flowline control systems, flow assurance monitoring tools, and safety systems.\nManage and interface with vendors for instrumentation packages (e.g., pressure transmitters, temperature sensors, flow meters, subsea instrumentation).\nConduct technical bid evaluations and assist in procurement activities.\nEnsure compliance with industry standards (IEC, API, ISO), client specifications, and project requirements.\nParticipate in HAZOPs, design reviews, and FATs (Factory Acceptance Tests).\nProvide technical support during construction, installation, commissioning, and start up phases.\nInterface with other disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, process, and control systems.\nMaintain and update instrument documentation and support MOC (Management of Change) processes.\nThe role offers:\nDevelopment opportunities: the opportunity to develop within your technical department, to be appreciated, to work with people who have the same goals and are driven to succeed.\nVaried workload: you’ll have the chance to transfer your skills and develop in our industry and deliver on projects across the fully energy sector, from conventional to renewable energies.\nOpportunities for transferable skills: if you’re experience isn’t traditional oil & gas, we still want to hear from you!\nSalary:Competitive Salary depending on knowledge and experience plus a range of benefits that support your finances, wellbeing, and family.\nBenefits:Pension, Voluntary Insurance, Sick Leave, 30 days annual leave plus public holidays.\nLocation:Baku, Azerbaijan.\nAbout You\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Instrumentation or relevant Engineering discipline.\nProficient with instrumentation design tools and software (AutoCAD, AVEVA 3D).\nProfessional certification (e.g., Chartered Engineer, ISA, or equivalent) is preferred.\nExperience:\n\nSignificant experience in instrumentation engineering, preferably in oil & gas or subsea environments.\nPrevious experience with subsea flowlines, control systems, and instrumentation in harsh environments.\nInvolvement in flowline projects, particularly in flowline delivery systems (e.g., tiebacks, risers, umbilicals).\nPrevious experience working with major energy operators or EPC contractors.\nCompetence:\n\nStrong understanding of field instrumentation and measurement technologies.\nKnowledge of industry codes and standards (IEC 61508/61511, API 17F, NORSOK, ISO 13628, etc.).\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder and vendor engagement.\nAbility to work independently and manage engineering deliverables within tight timelines with strong analytical and problem solving skills.\nEffective in multidisciplinary and multicultural project environments.\nFamiliarity with project delivery models (EPC, EPCM) and stage gate processes.\nPersonal attributes:\nOur GENES, our core values, define who we are, what we stand for and how we deliver.\nGo the extra mile\nEmpower our people\nNever get complacent\nEngage our partners\nStep up and deliver\nIf this sounds like you, then you could be a perfect fit.\nAbout Us\nPD&MS has been engineering solutions in the energy industry and beyond since 2002, our ability to combine innovative ideas with technical expertisesets us apart.
