If you are looking to be a part of a company that values partnership over hierarchy and purpose over routine, your next chapter could start here.\nA Partner Success Manager is responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with assigned partners, driving application and funding volume, and expanding financing program adoption within the Construction, Transportation & Industrial (CT&I) channel. This role focuses on partner engagement, business development, sales support and delivering an exceptional partner experience to generate growth and deepen market penetration.\nEssential Functions:\nCoordinate and execute partner campaigns with Marketing; follow up on transferred leads \nConduct partner discovery calls; identify growth opportunities\nEducate partners/ partner sales reps on PEAC’s financing program; conduct webinars & partner training\nBuild relationships with partner principals (finance managers, sales reps and sales managers)\nSolicit and close application opportunities \nImprove penetration within assigned accounts developing each opportunity, including negotiating terms, overcoming objections with the end user\nAssist partners w/ PEAC’s platform; encourage & facilitate use of Digital \nFacilitate resolution of partner/ program issues within Marlin\nDrive app & funding volume \nMaintain clean data in SFDC on leads & customers, guests, prospect accounts\nMonitor and follow up on incomplete applications\nQualifications:\nBA/BS in business, finance, or a related field preferred; High School Diploma/GED required. \nMinimum of 1-3 years of sales experience along with a track record of success as a closer and achieving goals and quotas\nPrior experience in sales, account management or inside sales within a B2B environment\nProficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills. \nStrong relationship-building, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. \nSelf-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively to drive results. \nDemonstrated product and industry knowledge relevant to financing solutions and target markets.\nPEAC Solutions is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, ethnicity, disability, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, sexual orientation, age, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
