The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Salesforce.com application development experience, with current hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components, Flow, and modern Salesforce DevOps practices.\nEssential Functions:\nExtensive experience working with Salesforce.com Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud\nExperience working with Salesforce APIs, Apex Triggers and Classes, SOQL/SOSL Queries, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and the Salesforce Platform (Visualforce familiarity for legacy support)\nExperience building and modernizing automation using Salesforce Flow (Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows), including migrating legacy Workflow Rules and Process Builders to Flow, plus Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Custom Objects and Settings\nKnowledge and expertise of Salesforce AI, including Agentforce, and Prompt Builder for building AI-powered automation and predictive workflows\nExperience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and integration/middleware tools such as MuleSoft (XML, JSON)\nProficient in HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and modern Lightning front-end development\nProficient in Salesforce DX (SFDX), the Salesforce CLI, scratch orgs, unlocked packages, and VS Code for development and deployment\nProficient in working with Apex Scheduling and Batch/Queueable Processes\nStrong understanding of design principles, technically scalable data modeling, and Salesforce development best practices\nFamiliarity with ETL and integration tools (Dell Boomi, Informatica, MuleSoft)\nAdhere to PEAC's Agile Delivery and Change Management processes\nExperience with modern DevOps and CI/CD tooling Copado, and sandbox/release governance\nProvide ongoing production support, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and timely resolution of incidents across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud environments\nQualifications:\nBS in a science or technical field: Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field required\n5+ years of Salesforce.com Application Development experience\nSalesforce Platform Developer I Certification required\nSalesforce Platform Developer II, App Builder, or Advanced Developer Certification preferred\nExperience with Jira\nAbility to conceptualize and frame a problem and corresponding solution(s) is critical\nAbility to translate customer requirements into specifications, including complex business processes\nDetail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies\nCan conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented, service-driven environment\nAdditional Information:\nThis is a hybrid position, based in our Mt.
