Through our products and our brand, we aim to create delight, and leave this world better than how we found it.\nAbout the job\nAs a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for leading system integrations, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, and driving improvements across our systems and workflows. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, address, and implement scalable solutions that support key operational needs. You will also act as a subject matter expert in how systems interact across the organization.\n\nWe’re looking for someone who is passionate about problem solving, someone who can investigate, dive deep into systems, and figure out what’s really going on. You should be able to independently identify root causes, understand how systems are interconnected, and anticipate how changes impact upstream and downstream systems. You are comfortable working with minimal guidance and can effectively communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.\n\nWhat you'll do:\nLead system integrations and technical implementations that support key operational workflows\nServe as a senior-level resource for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving system-related issues\nTroubleshoot application errors and ensure systems are running reliably and efficiently\nBuild and maintain custom integrations connecting multiple systems (e.g., NetSuite, Shopify, 3PLs)\nDetermine technical approaches and project direction for assigned initiatives\nIdentify recurring issues and implement long-term solutions\nIdentify and drive process and system improvements across the technology stack\nAct as a subject matter expert on system architecture and data flows across tools\nWork with Engineering teams on the design and implementation of internal tools\nPartner with stakeholders across wholesale, logistics, and operations to deliver scalable solutions\nPrioritize issues of varying severity and effectively manage resolution timelinesContribute to technical discussions and help guide system-level decisions\n\nAbout you:\nRequired Experience\nExcellent (English) communication skills\n3+ years of relevant experience in systems engineering, integrations, or backend development\nHighly motivated with the ability to break down complex problems and solve them independently\nStrong experience with integrations, APIs, and data structures (comfortable working with JSON)\nExperience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite, web platforms such as Shopify, and 3PLs\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to work through ambiguous requirements and define solutions\nProven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and identify root causes\nAbility to understand how systems interact and how changes impact upstream/downstream processes\nStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally\nAbility to work with a remote team and operate independently\nBe available and online during core business hours of 9AM -
