The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and improving manufacturing processes and procedures to meet production goals while maintaining the highest quality standards. \nResponsibilities: \nDevelop, evaluate, and continuously improve battery manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase product quality. Implement best practices to optimize production. \nSupport manufacturing quality by establishing and maintaining rigorous quality control standards, ensuring that the batteries meet or exceed industry and company specifications. \nIdentify and recommend state-of-the-art equipment and technologies that can be integrated into the production process to improve product performance, reliability, and yield. \nInvestigate and resolve process-related issues, such as defects, deviations, and inefficiencies, using root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques. \nEnsure that all processes and equipment adhere to safety protocols and industry standards. Implement and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. \nMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes, procedures, and equipment specifications. Create process manuals and train production staff on best practices. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to ensure the smooth transition of new products from development to full-scale manufacturing. \nPromote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the manufacturing engineering department, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and product performance. \nQualifications: \nBachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field).
