You’ll turn company priorities, customer insights, and complex technical inputs into clear, compelling narratives.\nThis is a hands-on role that spans strategy and execution. You will write press releases, develop messaging and media pitches, prepare executives for interviews, shape product positioning, and lead major announcements from initial strategy through launch.\nWhat You'll Do (Responsibilities)\nCorporate Communications & Executive Communications\nDevelop and execute Peak’s corporate communications and PR strategy.\n\nWork directly with executives to develop messaging, talking points, presentations, and external narratives.\n\nWrite press releases, media pitches, FAQs, briefing materials, and executive communications.\n\nPrepare executives for media interviews, speaking engagements, and major announcements.\n\nBuild media relationships and proactively drive earned coverage.\n\nManage Peak’s external PR agency, including priorities, pitching strategy, and performance.\n\nPositioning, Content & Storytelling\nDevelop and maintain Peak’s corporate, technology, and product messaging.\n\nTranslate technical differentiation, customer insights, and market dynamics into clear value propositions and compelling external stories.\n\nPartner with Commercial, Product, and Engineering to validate proof points, customer evidence, and technical claims.\n\nDevelop executive thought leadership and review technical explainers, case studies, white papers, and customer-facing content to ensure messaging alignment\n\nPartner with executives and subject matter experts to develop differentiated points of view on key market topics.\n\nLaunches & Go-to-Market Communications\nLead communications for product launches, customer announcements, partnerships, financing, manufacturing milestones, and other major company news.\n\nPartner with Government Affairs, Product, Commercial, and Engineering to translate GTM strategy into positioning, proof points, launch narratives, and supporting materials.\n\nOwn communications execution from narrative and content development through media strategy and external rollout.\n\nWhat You'll Bring (Qualifications)\n6-8+ years of experience in communications, PR, product communications, or a related role.\n\nExceptional writer and editor with extensive experience writing press releases, pitches, executive messaging, and long-form content.\n\nStrong media relations experience and a track record of securing meaningful earned coverage.\n\nExperience working directly with senior executives and the judgment and confidence to advise leadership on messaging and external communications.\n\nExperience positioning and launching technical products, technologies, or major company initiatives.\n\nAbility to translate complex technical and commercial information into clear, credible narratives and customer value propositions.\n\nHigh ownership and ability to move between strategy and hands-on execution.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nSignificant PR agency experience strongly preferred, ideally combined with in-house experience.\n\nExperience in energy, infrastructure, climate tech, industrial technology, or another technical industry strongly preferred.\n\nPeak Energy is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
