Pool maintenance may apply at the community.\nRespond to after-hours service requests as part of the on-call rotation. \nProvide residents with professional, friendly service.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nPrevious maintenance technician experience in an apartment community or a similar setting.\nPractical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with building systems and equipment.\nStrong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize work and contribute as part of a team.\nHVAC certification is preferred but not required.\nRequirements\nPhysical Requirements\nThe role involves standing and walking for extended periods, climbing ladders, bending, and working in confined or awkward spaces.
