decisions\nRun continuous A/B tests across channels and targeting strategies to discover new growth opportunities\nBuild and nurture strong relationships with key external partners\nTeam up with Marketing Artists to turn data-backed insights into top-performing creative ad concepts\nDesired skills and experiences\nBachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably in Engineering, Statistics or Economics\nUp to 2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, ideally within mobile gaming\nGrowth mindset: eager to explore new ideas and push boundaries\nComfortable working with data and translating complexity into clear conclusions\nStrong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and collaborate cross-functionally\nPassion for mobile games and a strong understanding of gaming trends and user culture\nAreas in which you'll continue to grow\nEnd-to-end campaign management across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Display & Programmatic Advertising\nWorking
