Insight ผู้ใช้งาน ร่วมกับทีมงานและลูกค้า เพื่อหา root cause ของปัญหา\nออกแบบแนวทางแก้ (flow, requirement, business rule) ให้ชัดก่อนพัฒนา\nทำงานร่วมกับ UX/UI + Dev เพื่อผลักดัน Product Vision ให้เกิดจริง\nจัดลำดับ Product Backlog โดยคิดทั้ง Impact / Strategy / Cost\nช่วยให้ทีมเข้าใจ “ความถูกต้องทางบัญชี” และ “ความง่ายในการใช้งาน” ไปพร้อมกัน\n\nทำงานนี้ได้พัฒนาอะไรบ้าง?\nได้สร้าง Product ที่มีผลจริงกับธุรกิจ SMEs และนักบัญชีไทยหลายหมื่นคน \nการเติบโต: training/learning + โอกาสขยับบทบาทในสาย Product\nเงินเดือน: ขึ้นอยู่กับประสบการณ์ (และ \"คุณค่าที่คุณสร้างได้\")\nQualifications\nงานนี้เหมาะกับคนแบบไหน?\nประสบการณ์งานบัญชี/ทำบัญชีจริง 2–5+ ปี ใน SME หรือสำนักงานบัญชี และเจอ pain แบบเดิมซ้ำ ๆ\nเข้าใจพื้นฐานกระบวนการบัญชี เช่น AR/AP, GL, VAT, WHT, ปิดงบ, เอกสาร, audit trail รู้ว่าปัญหามันอยู่ตรงไหน (workflow, เอกสาร, VAT, ภาษี, closing, audit trail, ฯลฯ)\nคิดเชิงระบบ + อธิบายเป็นขั้นตอน/กติกาได้ สนุกกับการคิดว่า “ถ้าปรับขั้นตอน/หน้าจอ/ตรรกะ ระบบจะง่ายขึ้นยังไง”\nสื่อสารเก่งพอที่จะทำให้ “ทีม Dev ทำได้จริง” และ “ผู้ใช้ทำแล้วรอด” พร้อมเรียนรู้การทำงานแบบ Product (ไม่ต้องเคยเป็น PM มาก่อน) \n\nพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
