Your focus will be to ensure top store standards, actively training staff and engaging customers to deliver an exceptional brand experience. The position is full time and includes approx. 32-40 hours per week.\nYour role will include:\nGreet and assist customers, providing product information, and offering recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.\n\nOperate the point-of-sale system, handling transactions efficiently and accurately.\n\nAssist and lead the Visual Merchandise changes of the store following company guidelines.\n\nFollow up on KPI's, targets and status of goals regularly as well as ensure company/store policies and procedures are being followed. \n\nMotivating the team by recognizing strong performance and service, as well as assisting with new hire training, product knowledge and selling tools/technique.\n\nEnsure that the store is in compliance with all Provincial and Federal laws, including wage and hour, human rights and equal employment opportunities.\n\nActively working with marketing material & campaigns, by executing store events to increase community involvement.\n\nWhat we're looking for:\n2-5 years of retail sales experience\n\nSales-driven mindset with a customer-focused approach as well as ability to train, delegate and motivate effectively\n\nTeam-oriented spirit with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.\n\nGreat problem solving skills\n\nFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied hours as needed.\n\nHigh School diploma or equivalent\n\nStrong command of English, both verbal and written. \n\nWhat we offer:\nSalary Range estimate of $21.00-$25.00 + 4% vacation pay on all hours worked.
