Now, we are looking for a new talent to join our team.\nWe are looking for a passionate Visual Merchandiser for our Brand store in Munich, who has an experience in visual merchandising and in personal sales and find it easy to establish contacts with customers.\nThis is a full-time position, reporting to the Store Manager and working closely with the Area Visual Merchandiser.\nYour main responsibilities will be:\nDrive the store’s visual expression and commercial performance by combining brand guidelines, visual merchandising direction, local insights and sales data to create an inspiring customer journey that reflects the brand and drives sales.\n\nPlan and execute campaign setups, including windows and in-store visual displays, in line with VM Guidelines.\n\nLead and support the store team on visual execution by coaching the team, acting as the go-to person for all visual matters, and ensuring visual retail standards are consistently maintained in-store\n\nSkills & requirements\nCommercially driven, using sales data and customer insights to guide smart, impactful visual decisions.\n\nConsumer centric mindset: Understanding for consumer behavior, needs & trends\n\nOrganized and adaptable, able to plan ahead while staying flexible when things shift quickly, with attention to details.\n\nYou take initiative and stay proactive - always looking for ways to improve the customer journey and store performance.\n\nStrong communicator who collaborates well with others and shares feedback to help the team grow\n\nTo be successful in this role we see that you have:\nProven visual merchandising experience, demonstrated ability to deliver high visual standards in a retail store, ideally within a premium or lifestyle brand.\n\nWilling and able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings as well as weekends.
