This role will be responsible for developing dashboards and reporting solutions, maintaining data visualisation tools, analysing business performance, and providing insights to support operational and financial objectives.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across multiple functions, particularly Finance, to deliver meaningful reporting, performance analytics, and forecasting support that enables informed business decisions.\nKey Responsibilities\nBusiness Intelligence & Reporting:\nDesign, build and maintain interactive dashboards, reports and scorecards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.\nDevelop automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual reporting requirements.\nCreate and maintain key performance indicator (KPI) frameworks to monitor business performance.\nAnalyse large datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities and areas for improvement.\nEnsure the accuracy, reliability and integrity of reporting data.\nTranslate complex data into clear and actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.\nMaintain documentation for reporting processes, data sources and dashboard development.\n\nFinancial Analytics Support:\nPartner with the Finance team to provide reporting and analysis supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.\nDevelop finance dashboards tracking revenue, costs, profitability and operational performance.\nSupport month-end and periodic reporting cycles through data analysis and reporting preparation.\nAssist in identifying opportunities for cost optimisation and operational efficiencies through data-driven analysis.\nAnalyse financial and commercial data to support business cases and strategic initiatives.\nSupport the development of financial models and forecasting tools where required.\n\nKnowledge, Skills & Experience\nEssential:\nProven experience in a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst or similar analytical role.\nStrong experience using data visualisation and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or equivalent.\nAdvanced Excel skills including pivot tables, Power Query and complex formulas.\nExperience working with SQL and relational databases.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nExperience building dashboards, KPI reporting and business performance tracking.\nAbility to communicate technical findings to a non-technical audience.\nExperience supporting or partnering with Finance teams.\nStrong numerical and financial analysis skills.\n\nQualifications:\nDegree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\nRelevant BI certifications (e.g. Microsoft Power BI,
