Please provide any current certifications in your application w/your resume\nStrong candidates will have experience in: NSBP, Salesforce, Celigo, Vertex, and/or Workato\nVisa sponsorship: Peak Technologies will not support/pursue visa sponsorships for this role now or in the future.\nSalary: $90k-$115k+/- annually\nSchedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm +/-\nJOB SUMMARY & SCOPE\nThe NetSuite Systems Administrator will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our NetSuite platform, ensuring its optimal performance, security, and usability.\n\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\nConfigure and customize the NetSuite system to align with the organization’s business processes and requirements.\nCreate and maintain custom fields, forms, workflows, records, and reports to support various departments.\nProvide technical assistance to end-users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions promptly.\nConduct training sessions to onboard new users and enhance existing users’ proficiency in utilizing NetSuite effectively.\nManage user roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure data security and compliance with company policies.\nRegularly review and update security settings to mitigate potential risks and vulnerabilities.\nPlan, coordinate, and execute regular system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to maintain the system’s stability and feature set.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to perform testing and ensure seamless transitions during upgrades.\nCollaborate with developers and integration specialists to design, implement, and maintain integration between NetSuite and other applications/system.\nOversee data imports, exports, and data quality initiatives to ensure accurate and reliable data within the system.\nMonitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement, implementing optimization strategies as needed.\nTroubleshoot and resolve performance-related issues, ensuring minimal disruptions to business operations.\nMaintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes and procedures for reference and knowledge sharing.\nStay informed about NetSuite best practices and industry trends, recommending improvements to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.\n\nEDUCATION + EXPERIENCE + KEY TRAITS\nBachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience)\nDemonstrated experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role, including hands-on experience configuring and customizing NetSuite\nStrong understanding of ERP systems, database management, and system integration concepts.\nProficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, SuiteScript) for customizations and automation.\nExcellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical approach to troubleshooting.\nAbility to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nPrior experience with security and access management within NetSuite.\nFamiliarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies.\nNetSuite certifications (Administrator, SuiteFoundation, etc.) are a plus.\nDemonstrated ability to navigate change and guide teams through transformational initiatives.\n\nTYPICAL PERFORMANCE TARGETS\nSERVICE DELIVERY: Sustained, measured excellence in project & process delivery\nCOST TO SERVE: Sustained, measured excellence in delivery efficiency with expected continuous improvement\nINNOVATION: Step changed delivery in safety, quality, and/or cost\n\nLANGUAGE SKILLS\nPrimary language used in daily operations is English.
