This role includes device software staging, troubleshooting, repair, and general warehousing duties. The Operations Technician works collaboratively with the team to complete daily tasks and ensure a strong “customer first” philosophy—supporting both internal and external customers with a high level of service, efficiency, and professionalism.\n\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\nStage a variety of customer-owned devices with required software according to defined staging instruction documentation.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date information on outgoing devices using the Repair Tracking System (RTS).\nMeet established quality and productivity standards.\nPerform quality checks on staged devices to ensure all steps have been completed successfully before dispatch.\nIdentify and communicate device staging challenges to the operations administration team to support timely resolution.\nDemonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness throughout all staging activities.\nAssist and support other operational staff and processes as needed.\nDemonstrate attention to detail when checking incoming goods, scanning items, and inputting data, ensuring all required actions are completed correctly.\nSupport general warehousing responsibilities, including inventory handling and organization\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nEDUCATION + EXPERIENCE + KEY TRAITS\nHigh School diploma or GED preferred.\nExperience in an operational, technical, warehouse, or device-handling environment is beneficial but not required.\nFamiliarity with software staging, hardware configuration, or repair processes is a plus.\nStrong ability to communicate information courteously, promptly, and professionally.\nTechnical aptitude, manual dexterity, and willingness to learn new software, hardware, and configuration techniques.\nAbility to organize work, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.\nHigh level of accuracy, attention to detail, and accountability.\nCustomer-focused mindset with the ability to support both internal and external partners.\nAbility to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced operational environment.\n\nTYPICAL PERFORMANCE TARGETS\nSERVICE DELIVERY: Sustained, measured excellence in project & process delivery.\nCOST TO SERVE: Sustained, measured excellence in delivery efficiency with expected continuous improvement.\nINNOVATION: Step changed delivery in safety, quality, and/or cost.\n\nLANGUAGE SKILLS\nPrimary language used in daily operations is English.
