Follow test procedures and accurately document and report findings as required. \n\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\nResponsible for the effective and timely completion testing functions.\nAnalyze and interpret test data.\nMaintain productivity and quality standards of personal workmanship consistent with specified performance and company objectives.\nCheck the functionality of newly installed applications and/or components to evaluate system performance under actual operating conditions.\nDemonstrate a professional demeanor as a quality control associate at Peak Technologies.\nTroubleshoot, collect, compile, and analyze information to develop recommendations.\nDemonstrate proficiency with ServTrack systems.\nFollow all safety standards and requirements.\nResponsible for establishing and maintaining good communications, coordination and working relations with Peak Technologies personnel and management.\nAssist and support technical, production and warehouse personnel as needed.\nKeep management informed of area activities and of any significant problems or concerns. Provides suggestions for improvement.\nAttend meetings and training as required.\n\nEDUCATION + EXPERIENCE + KEY TRAITS\nElectronic repair and troubleshooting procedures and functions.\nFollow written procedures and processes but also have the ability to think quickly to answer questions and solve problems involving differing situations, requiring creativity to search for solutions among learned and unlearned alternatives. \nCapable of updating firmware and flashing circuit boards.\nDemonstrate a high level of attention to detail when inspecting, and troubleshooting units to ensure the work is accurate and complete.\nCommunicate effectively, both orally and in writing, including ability to listen and disseminate information and communicate properly.\nWork effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.\nManage a number of priorities simultaneously, establish and meet deadlines.\nWork cooperatively and foster teamwork by helping co-workers with essential functions.\nWork overtime, as required.\nMust be at least 18 years of age.\nMust have a technical aptitude, manual dexterity, willingness and ability to learn new electronic equipment and repair techniques.
