Utilize technical expertise to ensure orders are properly staged, labeled, and documented, contributing to the smooth and timely delivery of products to our customers. \nTOP KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\nRetrieve products from inventory based on order requirements, ensuring accurate quantities and proper quality.\nPerform visual inspections to verify product condition, labeling, and conformity to order specifications.\nUtilize technical tools and equipment to assist in the staging process, such as barcode scanners, handheld devices, and label printers.\nOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment to move products safely and efficiently.\nApply accurate shipping labels, barcodes, and product information to staged items.\nVerify that all necessary paperwork, including packing slips and documentation, is complete and accurate.\nEnsure that staged products match order details and update warehouse management systems (WMS) to reflect staging status accurately.\nContribute to maintaining inventory accuracy by recording product movements and adjustments.\nCoordinate with shipping teams to ensure timely and organized transfer of staged products to outbound transportation.\nAssist in loading staged items onto delivery vehicles and containers.\nReport any discrepancies, damages, or irregularities in staged products to supervisors and initiate corrective actions.\nMaintain detailed records of staged orders, including any issues encountered.\nFollow safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment and staging products, using proper personal protective equipment (PPE).\nReport any safety hazards or incidents to supervisors promptly.\nMaintain a well-organized staging area, ensuring that products are arranged logically and ready for outbound shipping.\nDispose of packaging materials and maintain cleanliness in work areas. \nEffectively communicate with warehouse associates, shipping teams, and supervisors to ensure coordinated staging processes. \nEDUCATION + EXPERIENCE + KEY TRAITS\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nPrevious experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a technical role is preferred.\nProficiency in using technical tools and equipment for labeling, scanning, and data entry.\nForklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment is a plus.\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills.\nAbility to lift and move moderate to heavy objects.\nBasic computer skills for data entry and documentation.\nStrong communication and teamwork skills.\nAbility to follow technical instructions and work independently. \nAdaptability to changing priorities and working in a fast-paced environment. \nTYPICAL PERFORMANCE TARGETS \nSERVICE DELIVERY: Sustained, measured excellence in project & process delivery.\nCOST TO SERVE: Sustained, measured excellence in delivery efficiency with expected continuous improvement.\nINNOVATION: Step changed delivery in safety, quality, and/or cost.\nLANGUAGE SKILLS \nPrimary language used in daily operations is English.
