The role serves as the Company's senior authority on information security and IT risk and partners closely with business and technology leaders to align technology platforms, data, and processes with operational and growth objectives.\n\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\nDevelop and execute the enterprise IT strategy, roadmap, and operating model aligned with business objectives. \nProvide leadership and oversight for all IT functions, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, compliance, business applications, data management, and technical support operations. \nManage the global technology infrastructure environment, including cloud platforms, networks, telecommunications, endpoints, and site connectivity. \nEstablish standards for system availability, performance, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and business continuity. \nLead service desk and technology operations functions, including service management processes, service levels, and operational performance metrics. \nDirect the enterprise cybersecurity program, including security strategy, governance, monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and identity and access management. \nServe as the executive leader responsible for information security, technology risk management, and security-related stakeholder communications. \nOversee third-party technology risk management, vendor security assessments, and customer security compliance requirements. \nEnsure compliance with applicable regulatory, privacy, and security frameworks, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, and related standards. \nMaintain the organization's IT risk management framework, audit readiness, internal controls, and compliance reporting processes. \nOversee enterprise business applications, including ERP, CRM, productivity, collaboration, cloud, analytics, and workflow management platforms. \nDrive application integration, process automation, and technology modernization initiatives that improve operational efficiency and data integrity. \nPartner with executive leadership to establish enterprise data governance, reporting, analytics, and business intelligence strategies. \nDevelop and execute plans to rationalize technology platforms, reduce application redundancy, improve user adoption, and optimize technology investments. \nLead IT due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition technology integration activities for mergers and acquisitions. \nManage the IT operating and capital budgets, ensuring effective financial stewardship, resource allocation, and cost optimization. \nDirect vendor relationships, contract negotiations, software licensing, and strategic sourcing initiatives. \nLead, develop, and mentor IT leaders and teams while communicating technology strategy, risks, priorities, and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.\n\nEDUCATION + EXPERIENCE + KEY TRAITS\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. \nMinimum of 12 years of progressive enterprise IT experience, including at least 5 years leading multi-functional IT organizations at the Director level or above. \nDemonstrated expertise leading enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, business applications, and IT operations within complex, multi-site organizations. \nHands-on experience managing enterprise-scale Microsoft and Azure environments, including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, cloud infrastructure, and related technologies. \nExperience overseeing enterprise ERP, CRM, data, analytics, and business intelligence platforms, preferably including NetSuite, Salesforce, Azure Data Lake, and Power BI. \nProven success developing, implementing, and maintaining cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management programs, including frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, HIPAA, and GDPR. \nDemonstrated ownership of significant IT operating and capital budgets, vendor management, contract negotiations, and technology investment strategies. \nExperience supporting global and multi-country business operations, with strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. \nPreferred experience within private equity-backed, acquisition-oriented, or rapidly growing organizations, including technology due diligence and post-acquisition integration. \nExperience supporting distribution, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or field service operations and familiarity with enterprise customer security, compliance, and procurement requirements. \nKnowledge of AI, machine learning, data governance, and advanced analytics environments. \nRelevant
