Ensure a professional appearance at all times.\nMaintain cleanliness of the leasing office, amenity areas, laundry facilities and other common areas as scheduled by the Property Manager.\nKeep accurate record of inventory, supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or Peak.\nProvide courteous and efficient response to resident needs and management requests. \nAdhere to OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Act) standards and company safety policies. \nOther duties as assigned \nWhat You’ll Need:\nPrevious experience in a wide range of housekeeping functions \nA high school diploma or equivalent \nEffective communication skills, both verbal and written \nSufficient literacy skills to perform the essential functions of the role\nA desire to serve the needs of our residents and community \nAbility to multitask \nA positive attitude and respect for your team, residents and vendors\nPhysical Requirements:\nRequires lifting and moving of up to 75 pounds when lifting garbage bags as well as when assisting maintenance personnel with essential maintenance tasks. Requires frequent bending and/or stooping when removing debris and trash from property units.
