In this remote role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring client satisfaction, driving account retention, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Experience in the Employer of Record (EOR), Contractor of Record (COR), or global workforce solutions industry would be highly advantageous.\nPosition: Account Manager\nSalary: PHP 60,000 - PHP 80,000/month ((depending on the candidate's relevant experience and skill set)\nWorking Hours & Conditions: Mondays to Fridays, 7:00AM to 4:00PM; full-time (remote)\nHolidays: TBD\nResponsibilities:\nBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across Australia and New Zealand.\nServe as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring timely communication and support.\nUnderstand client requirements, business objectives, and workforce needs to provide appropriate solutions.\nMonitor account health, client satisfaction, and engagement to identify potential risks and opportunities.\nProactively manage client concerns, escalations, and service-related issues to ensure timely resolution.\nIdentify opportunities for account growth, upselling, cross-selling, and expanding existing client relationships.\nConduct regular client check-ins, business reviews, and account performance discussions.\nCoordinate with internal teams, including recruitment, operations, payroll, and compliance, to ensure smooth service delivery.\nMaintain accurate client records, account updates, and activity reports using CRM and account management systems.\nSupport client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition from sales to ongoing account management.\nMonitor client retention and proactively address potential cancellations or disengagement.\nEnsure clients receive consistent, high-quality service aligned with agreed expectations and business objectives.\nRequirements\nQualifications:\nAt least 2-5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, Customer Success, or a similar client-facing role.\nPrevious experience supporting Australian and/or New Zealand clients is required.\nStrong experience managing business-to-business (B2B) client relationships and multiple accounts.\nProven ability to manage client expectations, resolve escalations, and maintain long-term relationships.\nExperience in account retention, renewals, upselling, and identifying account growth opportunities.\nExcellent verbal and written English communication skills.\nStrong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organisational skills.\nComfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.\nExperience using CRM platforms and account management tools.\nExperience in the Employer of Record (EOR), Contractor of Record (COR), global payroll, or international workforce solutions industry.\nFamiliarity with international employment, contractor management, and workforce outsourcing.\nExperience working with clients across multiple countries or markets.\nExperience handling enterprise accounts or strategic client relationships.\nBenefits\nBenefits\n Competitive salary based on experience and skill set \n 100% remote role -
